Total Curves SRL provides design and manufacturing services for curved metal components, specializing in the bending of aluminum tubes and profiles for applications in modern architecture (glass facades) and industrial design (complex metal structures). All technical specifications, sketches, and quotes are provided for informational purposes and are subject to final confirmation in the service contract.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Client Obligations:

• To provide complete, accurate, and verifiable data and technical specifications for the project.
• To approve technical sketches and the price quote in writing before manufacturing begins.
• To comply with the payment terms established in the invoice or contract.

Total Curves SRL Obligations:

• To perform the services according to the approved technical specifications and industry standards.
• To inform the client regarding any necessary modifications or significant delays.
• To ensure the confidentiality of the client's data and projects.

3. Limitation of Liability

Total Curves SRL is not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profit resulting from the use of the manufactured components, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional breach. Liability is limited to the value of the contract for the respective service. The client is responsible for verifying the suitability and compliance of the finished products with local construction and safety regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All sketches, technical drawings, 3D models, and project documentation remain the intellectual property of Total Curves SRL until full payment for the services. After complete payment, the usage rights for the respective project are transferred to the client. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payment is made according to the terms on the invoice. An advance may be requested for complex projects. Cancellation of a project after sketch approval and the start of work may subject the client to costs for labor and materials incurred up to that point. Specific conditions will be detailed in the individual contract.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a notice regarding the date of the last revision. Continued use of the site after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
